For over a decade, Douglas has battled a sex addiction fueled by the Internet. He describes the life of an addict:

"Get up, have a coffee and a cigarette, turn on my laptop and download the update,” Douglas said. "We have two lives. We have our private, addictive life, and then we have our public life. As sex addicts, we're always looking for another way to get a hit. Pornography on the Internet is the crack cocaine of our disease."
